The People Behind the Machines
Meet the Team
Small crew, real names, and the same faces from the estimate to the final grade.

Joseph Caddel
Owner & Licensed Septic Installer
North Carolina
Joseph has 25 years in the trade, covering excavating, grading, and site work from Montana to the Carolinas. He is a licensed septic installer.
He came east to be closer to family and brought a Western work ethic with him: show up, shoot straight, and leave the site better than you found it. When you hire Caddel, the man who owns the company is the one in the machine.
Off the clock, you'll find him on a dirt bike or out on a trail.
NC On-Site Wastewater Contractor Certification #14978 (Grade Level II)

Matt Broussard
Field Inspector
Estimates & first point of contact
Matt is the voice on the other end of the line. He answers the phone, meets you at the property, walks the job, and puts together your estimate.
By the time a machine shows up, everyone already knows the plan: what's getting done, where it's going, and what it costs. If you've called Caddel, you've talked to Matt.

Tim Gresl
Licensed Septic Installer, South Carolina
Upstate & Midlands, South Carolina
Tim runs Caddel's South Carolina work across the Upstate and Midlands. He holds the company's South Carolina installer license, issued by the SC Department of Environmental Services to construct onsite wastewater systems under state regulation.
That license is what lets Caddel design, permit, and build septic systems on the South Carolina side of the line, held to the same standard as the work in North Carolina.
Off the clock, he's on the water chasing bass.
SC On-Site Wastewater Installer License #OSWWI0812 (Tier 2), valid through June 30, 2027
