Caddel Excavating & Septic (“we,” “us”) operates this website to tell you about our services and make it easy to reach us. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.

If you submit our estimate request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information about visits (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that report aggregate page statistics, not your identity.

Embedded maps

Our service-area pages embed Google Maps so you can see the region we cover. When a map loads, Google may set cookies or collect usage data under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive or store anything from those maps.

What we use it for

One thing: responding to you about your project. We use your contact details to answer your inquiry, prepare your estimate, and communicate about work you’ve asked about.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. We don’t send marketing email lists. If you write to us, you hear back from us about your project, that’s it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project correspondence as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs, then delete it.

Children

This site is for adults arranging excavation and septic services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
